I wonder if Advocacy is the right heading. In programming languages Advocacy is related to discuss or point out the specific advantages of a language. So an Advocacy section would include discussion about what attributes make newLISP special compared to other languages, personal testimonials, case studies of project using newLISP etc.. May be "Purpose", "Mission" or similar would be a better choice. Looking up the definition of Advocary [1] I found this:

The act of pleading for or supporting; work of advocating; intercession. [1913 Webster]
active support; especially the act of pleading or arguing for something [WorldNet 2.0]

But hey, I am not really in expert on English word usage, I wonder what the professionals say?

Perhaps the intention really is newLISP advocacy... After all, the Wikipedia can strive for neutrality, and can be edited by all, including the anti-newLISPers and the CL-azy gang (as long as they stay neutral). So why not have another site that points out specific advantages of newLISP, and is unashamedly supporting it. I think advocacy is a much-needed thing for newLISP...
